PC 77

Application:                         PC 77 is a spray wash compound designed to remove shop soil and oils, light water scale, some paints and resinous deposits from a variety of surfaces in low and/or high temperature applications.
     
Description:  

PC 77 is an excellent low foaming cleaning compound to use in spraywash machines as well as in soak or immersion tanks. PC 77 is a non-phosphated, non silicated product. PC 77 contains wetting agents and sequestrants in a caustic medium. Do not apply PC 77 on soft metals. 
     
Packing:  

Polyethylene containers of 30 and 234 kg.
     
Precautions:

Dispensing:   Manual, or do use with an electronic conductivity dispensing system.
     
Controlling:   By titration or use a conductivity instrument, ask your technical adviser.

Use instructions: Dispensing: 1 – 10%, depends on application.
  Temperature:      ± 40/80°C.
  Cleaning time: Depends on soal load.
  New solution: Always add the product into warm- or cold water.
